oikos Graz

"oikos Graz - Students for Sustainable Management and Economics" is a student organisation which wants to raise awareness among the students at the University of Graz for sustainability and related topics to encourage students to live a more sustainable lifestyle. To do so, oikos Graz organises different events ranging from lectures, discussions and hands-on projects to field trips. Events organised by students for students make it easier to reach one another.
oikos Graz is part of the international oikos network. The first oikos group was founded in 1987 by students at the University St. Gallen to bring aspects of environment and sustainability into their studies. Today, there are more than 50 active oikos Groups in Europe, America and Asia.
