Description:
The project synthesizes the results of a project at the Business University of Vienna (WU) with the title “Smart & Edible”, which has been funded by the Jubilee Funds of the City of Vienna for the WU. Based on the discussion paper on the project, which was published by the WU (https://www-sre.wu.ac.at/sre-disc/sre-disc-2021_09.pdf), the project produces two scientific papers in English and German.
