DICES
Driving inclusive care: economic democracy and social economy
DICES
Social economy organisations play a crucial role in social inclusion and are essential for the provision of social services in the care sector. The DICES project identifies mechanisms of social inclusion within the social economy in Europe and analyses the causes of their uneven development. DICES evaluates the role of social economy organisations with regard to social inclusion and analyses how their performance and working conditions can be improved. Within the framework of transdisciplinary formats, DICES develops knowledge for action in order to sustainably strengthen social inclusion through social economy approaches. The project takes a multi-level perspective on economic democracy.
